Lightspeed Media was founded in 1999 by Steve Jones and expanded in the times of the dot-com crash. Lightspeed Media Corporation registered the trademark Tawnee Stone at the United States Patents and Trademarks Office on June 24, 2002. Lightspeed Media also managed pornography models Jordan Capri, Tiffany Paris and Tori Stone, among many others. Tawnee Stone is part of a group of models that Lightspeed Media calls The Lightspeed University, and who are supposed to be cheerleaders. Catering to a softcore taste, Stone is marketed for her youthful looks — often in seemingly candid galleries, though she has also done several hardcore shoots; both with women and men.
